This training is taught by a real estate professional with extensive experience in property management, leasing, and multifamily housing operations.
I have served in roles including Leasing Specialist, Assistant Manager, and Property Manager, working with both market-rate conventional communities and tax-credit affordable housing. My experience also includes working with Section 8 HUD programs, assisting residents through housing processes, and ensuring communities operate in compliance with fair housing guidelines.
Throughout my career, I have rented over 1,000 apartments and townhomes, helping individuals and families find stable housing. I have also worked closely with relocation companies to assist fire-victims who needed immediate housing, helping them transition during difficult times.
In addition, I have supported residents through partnerships with organizations such as Viewpoint, working with individuals facing mental health challenges and helping them maintain stable housing. I have also worked with VA residents, ensuring they receive the housing support and respect they deserve.
My experience includes budgeting for both large and small apartment communities, working closely with maintenance teams to manage expenses, maintain properties, and improve community operations. Understanding how to strategically budget and manage property performance has been an important part of my career in property management.
Beyond property management, I am also a property owner and investor, purchasing and holding real estate in Philadelphia while continuing to grow my experience in the industry.
I currently reside in Atlanta with my husband and son, and I am passionate about sharing real-world leasing and property management knowledge with others entering the industry.
Celebrate every accomplishment and love what you do!
